REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY
Mis Wall Art will happily replace your artwork if a print arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours or insurance will not cover your replacement. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof, please email these to ordersmiswallart@gmail.com Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item. In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method.
Each order is securely wrapped in multiple layers of protective packaging, to make sure your order arrives exactly as it should. If for any reason your order doesnât arrive in perfect condition, we can arrange a replacement as long as you advise us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
As every artwork is printed and made to order, we canât accept change of mind returns. However your consumer rights still apply â you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:Â
the goods are faulty;
the goods are wrongly described;
the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.
PLEASE NOTE:Â Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
PRINT AND PRODUCTION
All our products are made to order in our Gold Coast warehouse. They require a 5-7 day production time.
PLEASE NOTE: Stylised lifestyle images displaying product in situ on our website are for illustrative purposes only, colours may vary in real life.
SHIPPINGÂ
As each order is custom made, please allow up to two weeks for production of your new art during peak times.
Shipping times vary greatly based on your location: Generally it will take about 1-2 business days for delivery to metro Brisbane & Sydney areas, 2-3 business days to metro Adelaide & Melbourne, and up to 10 business days to Perth. If you require a specific timeframe, please get in touch so we can advise.
Please note: Delivery times are in addition to production turnarounds and vary depending on location so for any urgent requirements, please ensure you contact us first to confirm if we are able to work in with your deadline.
Orders are shipped from our Arundel warehouse via our trusty Courier service, so please ensure you list a physical delivery address for them to deliver to (No PO Boxes, sorry!)
Our delivery partners are currently experiencing delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. These delays are beyond our control.Â
Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We are unable deliver to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery.
If you do not wish your item to be left at the delivery location by the courier, please indicate ânoâ on the check-out page. If you choose to give us authority to leave your item, no responsibility can be taken by Mis Wall Art if an item is lost or stolen.Â
If you select to sign for your delivery but are not available to do so on the delivery day, your item will be taken to their nearest depot for you to collect at a time convenient to you â we will provide tracking information when your order is dispatched.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Mis Wall Art accepts payment by Credit Card and stripe, Payment is required before an order can be processed.
PROMOTIONS AND SALE
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the advertised dates and times only and cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times.
If a discount code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received.
All promotions are available to Australian residents only. Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only.Â
Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to shipping, GST or duties or similar services. Unless specified, promotions do not apply to gift vouchers or pre-order items.Â
For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
Promotional items are available only while stocks lastÂ
Mis Wall Art can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.Â

By placing an order with Mis Wall Art you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, they will be effective immediately.

 Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each productâs colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes and other factors. Mis Wall Art will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from us, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.
In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between medias; for example slightly different shades of âWhiteâ, different degrees of light reflection or flare, and different looks of materials.
